How to submit your Concept Paper

Submit Online: All Concept Papers must be submitted via de official LIFE 2025 Submission System. We do not accept email or postal submissions.

Create your own Submission Account: Paper Submission and Conference Registration require separate accounts in separate systems. Use the same email address for both.

Track your Submission: Notifications will be sent to the submitter and presenting author only.

Who can submit & Author Guidelines

Presenting Authors: You may submit multiple papers but can present up to three. You can be listed as co-author to multiple submissions.

Co-Authors: No limits apply for co-author listings, but all must approve the submission.

Registration Requirement: All presenting authors must complete registration and payment upon paper acceptance.

Paper Format & Requirements

Your paper must follow this structure:
Title – Written in UPPER CASE (Max: 25 words)
Paper Length – Up to 1000 words (excluding title & author details)
Images & Tables – Max 1 Image (600x800 pixels, JPG/PNG/GIF); Max 1 Table (10x10 rows, Docx format)

Presentation Types & Options

Your paper can be presented In-Person or Online:

  • 12-minute Talk + 3-minute Q&A
  • Must prepare slides (16:9 PowerPoint Format)
