You may submit your abstract at any time. The review committee will evaluate your submission within 10 days and notify you of its acceptance status. Upon receiving notification of abstract acceptance, presenting authors must complete their conference registration and make the necessary payment. We recommend submitting your abstract early to take advantage of discounted registration fees available during early registration periods.

How do I submit an abstract?

Submit exclusively through our online submission system. We do not accept submissions via email or post.

Can I submit multiple abstracts?

Yes! You may submit multiple abstracts, but you can be the presenting author for a maximum of three.

What are the requirements for the abstract format?

Abstracts must be clear, concise, and structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions). The word limit is 500 words.

What are the available presentation formats?

Select Oral (In-Person/Online) or Poster (In-Person/Online). If not approved for an oral slot, your submission will be considered for a poster.
