Phil Weiss is an entrepreneur and strategic thinker with two decades of experience working with leading corporations. He is the CEO and founder of ZN, a digital agency based in Brussels. His work revolves around the integration of digital communication, disruption, innovation, and technology, focusing especially on healthcare communication, social media, and vaccines. Over the past decade, he has been particularly active in addressing the impact of anti-vaxxers on social media, training doctors, and launching anti-anti-vaxx initiatives. Phil has worked with several high-profile organizations, including political institutions such as the European Commission and Parliament, as well as global companies like Toyota, Microsoft, Sony, Sanofi Pasteur, and UCB. His innovative approach to managing rapid change and adaptation is embodied in the Hyperthinking model, developed by ZN to help organizations navigate the complexities of the digital age and transform their communication strategies. Phil's career began at Oxford University, where he studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. During this time, he launched two college magazines, started the first student radio station in the UK on a full FM licence, and received the Young Achievers Award from HM the Queen. In 2009, he co-founded TEDxBrussels and later became Chairman of IABC Europe in 2012, organizing the Eurocomm regional conference in Brussels.
